Anni Dewani’s honeymoon in South Africa turns tragic on November 13, 2010. While being driven through the streets of Gugulethu, the taxi carrying her and her husband Shrien is hijacked. The next day, Anni is found dead with a gunshot wound, sparking a high-profile investigation.
As the investigation unfolds, several suspects, including the hijackers and their accomplices, are arrested. They initially confess to a robbery gone wrong but later allege it was a planned murder orchestrated by Shrien.
